This Antelope buck and his 5 females and 2 young bucks had been chilling in a swathed canola field near my house. I drove by them almost daily and noticed this buck was attacking and rooting the swaths. I was sure he was in rut, as he also would chase the young bucks away from the females. One day I noticed they were all laying down just over a small knoll near the road. As I peaked the hill, I met this guy. I knew he could run much faster than I! I grabbed 4 quick shots and retreated!
