This very handsome male Blackburnian Warbler perched on a tree branch in spring was not to be missed. The flame orange face and throat was unmistakable and even though it is a tiny bird you can see the color just glowing in the trees. It has a black crown, black triangular facial pattern, brilliant orange throat and face and it was quite beautiful.
