As I watched, this Moose cow emerged out of the darkness of the forest into the bright April sunshine. Every spring, the moose in Algonquin Park make their way to the pools, ponds and ditches along side the park's roads. They're craving the salt that has drained into them from efforts to keep the roads clear over winter.
