I was shocked when I captured the picture of this poor bird and it broke my heart to see it wrapped with fishing line. It is heart breaking to see the effects that mankind makes on our wildlife. A beautiful bird whose life was endangered. I called a rescue center, but am unsure as to whether they rescued him or not.
