Found my first Spruce Grouse, he’s so beautiful! It was pouring rain, but of course I was out anyways, when he walked out on the path in front of me, looked at me, shook the rain off himself and then went under the trees to pose nicely for me. I think he felt sorry for me getting all wet so figured he’s put on his best pose for me. After six hours of hiking in the rain this is the best photo I got, but it was so worth it!
