As I was taking photos of the swans it started softly snowing! I love this kind of snowfall, soft and quiet. This swan was enjoying the snow also, and did a pretty pose for me. Someone commented that it looked like it had angel wings ðŸ˜. Trumpeter Swans in Ontario (maybe other places too?) are tagged. At one time they were in the brink of extinction and thanks to hell of many people they have made a good comeback. With the tagging they can track where the birds go as well as which hatchlings come from which parents.
