I often find that I see more details in a black and white photograph than in colour. And some colours I just don't appreciate such as some green and sky blue hues. I have been converting a lot of my wildlife images in black and white in the last several months and enjoy them as much as the original if not more. I just like the habitat here but did not find it looked good in colour and since the Song Sparrow looks great in no colour, I thought it would enhance the picture.
