This little Green Heron was being bothered by something, maybe little bugs. But he was constantly scratching himself, then standing, then scratching. I actually think it’s so funny seeing birds and ducks scratch, legs out in all funny directions while they try to reach that spot. I have a nice collection of these kinds of photos now, they make me smile!
