I had been chasing these monarchs all around the park. As soon as I lifted the camera they would fly off. Truth be told it was starting to get annoying, haha. Finally this one had pity on me and my sore feet so it stopped long enough for me to get my photo, phew! It’s amazing to think these little guys can fly all the way to Mexico! Very impressive butterflies!
