Looks like the Cormorants were having a family reunion at the beach front. It was so crazy windy at the point that I had to lean against a post to keep myself steady as I took this photo. I had set up the tripod but the wind knocked it over. Even the cormorants had difficulty flying, this one tried several times to get from one end to the other but kept getting blown back. At this point he was actually hovering, not going anywhere, finally he made it. Love how the one in the back is watching him fly to see if it’s worth the effort.
