Last mid-November we enjoyed some glorious, sunny days and it was on one of those mornings that I spotted a small flock of European Starlings gobbling the bright berries of an Arbutus tree in our village, Ganges. It was so much fun photographing these feisty birds while my family went grocery shopping.
