A small group of Transient Killer Whales showed up in Knight Inlet on our way to watch bears. Orca don't often come this far up the Inlet, so it was an amazing surprise encounter. They looked as though they had just made a kill and were celebrating with leaps and spy-hops. The colour of the glacial layer made for an even more vibrant display.
