This shot was taken in the Richardson mountain range in the Northwest Territories, just past the Yukon territorial boundary. At the time several hunters on the Yukon side were looking on, hopeful the animals would cross into their territory. However, just minutes later, the entire herd was engulfed in cloud and out of sight.
