The usually pretty calm Minke Whales displayed a powerful show to me last summer. This behavior is called '' Lunge Feeding '' they sort of breach out of the water with a wide open mouth to catch fishes near the surface. This photo was shot on a boat, with waves and at dusk, also you needed to predict where the Minke Whale would breach so it was the best technical challenge I faced in 2024 !
