During a geomagnetic storm earlier this year, auroras danced across the Vancouver skies, and I captured the spectacle from several locations around the city. This particular shot was taken near Kitsilano, at one of the beaches where I framed the rocks in the foreground, with downtown Vancouver in the background and the auroras lighting up the sky.
