Making up nearly 30% of the red fox population in Canada, the unique colour variant of the cross fox results in a stunning contrast to the standard coat. Their colours and patterns are unique to the individual, making them a special variation to an already beautiful animal. I've only had the chance to see a few of them over the years, so when I get the opportunity to photograph one it's always a memorable moment.
