I had just pulled my kayak out of the water and was walking away from the dock back towards my cabin on Burns Lake, when I heard breaking branches behind me. I spun round and saw this Bull moose starting to appear from the treeline about 30m beyond the dock. I think he was as suprised to see me as I was to see him, he took a few steps forward, allowing me to take this shot, before turning and walking back into the trees. Taken in Sept, 2024.
