I had been wanting to capture this photo for a long time. I attempted to get the shot repeatedly but with very little success. One afternoon, while visiting a local marsh where many hummingbirds migrate, I patiently observed these beautiful creatures as they hovered from flower to flower, feeding on nectar. After a while, a tiny hummingbird flew right over to me, hovering and staring curiously. Its inquisitiveness amazed me, so I started photographing it, finally achieving the shot I had long desired.
