We were having no luck finding wildlife after a few rainy and dismal days, but on the last day we tried the Uke area. I found no signs of life at the lighthouse and pacific trail loops, so in a last ditch effort we drove down on to the docks. I spotted a bald eagle across the bay and I pulled out my camera equipment, but he was just too far to get anything good. It was only after getting out of my vehicle that we heard the barking from all the sea lions. They had taken refuge from the storm under stacks of kayaks on the opposite dock, and now that the sun had begun to peak out a few of them were interested in sunbathing. 📸 Sony A9ii // 1.4teleconverter
