Delicate Splash of a Long-Tailed Duck

This photo takes an abstract turn, with the unique shape of part of the tail of a Long-Tailed duck as it dives under water. I think this amazing diving duck would do well in Olympic diving, generating so little splash! I wanted to capture the elegant curved vertical shape it created with a delicate splash of droplets in the air, in contrast with the horizontal soft ripples on the water in the background. I am very inspired by salt water and the constant movement in the water. (I hesitated whether to include this photo in either Aquatic life or Things with wings.
