Since our dog had eye surgery, I haven't gone out much to photograph, but today, I just had a feeling to go for a little drive. I trusted that feeling and went where my gut told me to go and it did not disappoint! I turned a corner and looked out at the cliffs to see if I could find some sheep, but found nothing on the cliff. I turned my gaze to the field on the other side of the cliff, and there they were, a small herd of California Bighorn Sheep. I was so happy to have found them and spent a bit of time with them in the morning, as they rested and grazed in the field. There was one lamb with the herd, and the ewes were protective over it, I just loved that they sat like this, I couldn't believe my luck when they sat mirroring each other.
