Patience

At the far end of my property runs a trail. A cotton tail was often near the bend but was gone in a flash as soon as I was in sight. I decided to see if I could manage to get this little creature to accept my presence. I started this little experiment around May. Each day as soon as I caught a glimpse of the bunny I would turn around and leave it in peace. After a week I would stop to take a couple pictures from the far end of the trail. I was able after a few months to get close enough to take these shots one day. For me it was such a victory, I saw the bunny a few times after this but never was I able to capture images. The bunny does not appear to be in the area any more.
