Unable to save edits to my profile

Hello, I've tried to edit and update my profile several times today, but when I click "save" nothing happens at all. I'm also unable to upload a cover image. When I choose an image the website states "no image chosen". I cleared my browsing history and data in case that was the issue but to no avail. Any idea why I'm unable to save any changes?
