My husband and I decided to do a day trip north island, we don't travel that way too often. We went to Port McNeill, Port Alice and then to Telegraph Cove. Telegraph Cove was such a neat place! The houses along the boardwalk all had little write-ups about them and what they were used for. There was even write-ups on random things as well, like a tree with an oar stuck in it and how it came about and why the oar was broken off. It was such an interesting place to visit, so much history to learn about, definitely could have spent some more time there taking it all in.
