I was out in the early morning - a typical fall morning heavy with fog. I peered down an old cut through the woods and saw slight movement. I realized a critter was bedded down and I had just seen its ears twitching. It took about an hour for the fog to lift and eventually this beautiful moose stood up an began to forage. Luckily she walked in my direction and I got to see how gorgeous she was.
