Norway isn't the only country with fjords. Canada has its own, too, and they're found on the west coast of Newfoundland in Gros Morne National Park. Hop on one of the chartered boats and take a ride through the spectacular mountain that were formed through a combination of ancient plate tectonics and glacial carving during the last ice age. The highest point measures 806 metres (2,644 feet) tall, which is the second highest peak in Newfoundland, the first being The Cabox. You can also hike the majestic mountains, with hikes that can last up to 9 hours to complete the full 17 km return trip of the Gros Morne Mountain Trail.
